Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Bomi Hair Labs website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Product Information

Cosmetic Product: Bomi Hair Labs Miracle Hair Reactivating Serum is a cosmetic scalp oil designed for hair and scalp wellness. It is not a medicine, drug, or medical device.

Not Medical Treatment: This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Individual Results: Results may vary between individuals. Testimonials and before/after images represent individual experiences and do not guarantee similar outcomes for all users.

Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment is processed securely through PayFast, and all prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Area: We currently ship within South Africa only.

Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders within South Africa.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Time: 3-5 business days throughout South Africa after processing. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, public holidays). Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Consumer Rights (South African Consumer Protection Act)

This policy complies with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). You have certain rights under South African consumer law, and nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Refund Policy

Eligibility: Due to health and safety regulations governing cosmetic products, we can only accept returns and issue refunds for:

  • Unopened products: Products that remain sealed in their original, unopened packaging
  • Damaged products: Products that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only (the same card or PayFast account used for purchase).

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping: If the product is damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping costs. For other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility: We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective products.

Process: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hi@bomihairlabs.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

No exchanges for: Opened products that are not damaged or defective, products returned outside the 14-day window, or personal preference changes.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened, used, or partially used products (unless damaged or defective)
  • Products returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Products not in their original packaging
  • Products damaged by misuse or improper storage

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at hi@bomihairlabs.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos (if applicable)
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days
  4. Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or send your replacement

Important Note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened cosmetic products unless they are damaged, defective, or not as described. This policy is in accordance with South African consumer protection regulations for cosmetic and personal care products.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bomi Hair Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Medical Disclaimer: Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using any hair loss product, especially if you have existing medical conditions, are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bomi Hair Labs and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
